Returns
Not all the products that are offered on the HelpCircle platform can be returned. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, groceries, dairy and bakery products etc., cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hazardous to be returned. Presently, none of the products being offered can be returned. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product is well packaged and sent by a reliable courier. HelpCircle or its associates will not be responsible for the same.
Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Goods which are perishable like fruits, vegetables, groceries, bakery, dairy products etc are not exchangeable. Similarly personal items like clothing materials are also not exchangeable. Unless specifically mentioned, it is made known that none of the products currently offered is exchangeable.
As and when any non-perishable goods are offered, the same may be replaced only if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product is well packaged and sent by reliable courier. HelpCircle or its associates will not be responsible for the same. Where such goods can be exchanged, the same need to be intimated by email at info@helpcircle.com and send your item to respective partners, like Antharbhava, from whom the product was purchased or to F2, SREYAS, Plot 76, 2nd Street, Balaji Nagar, Alwarthiru Nagar Chennai – 600 087.
